As a risk manager, you will be part of a team of four risk managers who work closely together and collaborate daily. You will work alongside senior colleagues and gradually take on more responsibility as you become comfortable in the role.
The work is proactive and preventive, conducted in dialogue with government agencies. You will contribute to their systematic risk and safety work, focusing on both physical risks and risks related to behaviors and organization.
Your responsibilities will include:

- analyzing risks and providing well-founded recommendations and action proposals
- compiling materials before and after risk round visits
- contributing risk assessments as a basis for premium setting, terms, and ongoing dialogue
- working closely with lawyers, claims adjusters, and insurance analysts on issues of insurability, terms, and safety regulations
- contributing to the development of Kammarkollegiet's preventive risk work and risk awareness within the state
You will also have the opportunity to participate in development initiatives, projects, and training aimed at the government sector.
